Hospitality Supervision NVQ Level III
 
What will I need to join the course?

You will need to possess the desire to progress within the hospitality industry. Proven experience of the catering sector is essential. In order to achieve the units required by the qualification you will need to be in a job role which is appropriate to the level III standards. Tutor and employer assessments will be undertaken prior to program commencement.

Pattern of attendance

Candidates will be required to meet with their tutor on two specified days per month during term time.

How will my progress on the course be assessed?
Assessment will be carried out through a combination of the following methods:

  • Assessment in the workplace
  • Continuous assessment of evidence gathering from the work place
  • Portfolio development
  • Completion of underpinning knowledge questions
